What else you wanted to know

What happens after the pilot?+

You decide. After 30 days your pilot access pauses automatically – without anything being charged (we don't ask for a credit card). If you want to continue, you pick a plan, keep your data, and carry on seamlessly. Walking away costs nothing and is possible at any time.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?+

No. All prices are net prices plus statutory VAT (19% in Germany).

How is the employee count measured?+

We count employees who actively use iSolve.IT – i.e. accounts that have made requests or approved actions. Inactive accounts don't count. You can see the current figure in the admin area at any time. If you need the next tier, we talk first – we don't lock anyone out for exceeding a tier.

What about the AI costs?+

iSolve.IT uses Google Cloud Vertex AI (EU region) for AI calls. In Starter and Professional, typical usage is included – we rely on fair use instead of artificial token limits. In the admin area you see every AI call transparently with tokens, model, and cost. In case of extreme usage we talk to you before anything escalates.

Can I cancel at any time?+

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the month, yearly ones at the end of the term. You can export the content processed in the tenant (knowledge articles, tickets, audit log, AI cost history) until the cancellation takes effect.

What changes with self-hosting?+

You run the containerized application on your own infrastructure. We provide the container image, updates, and support; you're responsible for hosting, backup, and availability. In return you save 15% compared to the cloud price. Self-hosting isn't available in the pilot – we want to keep 30-day trials free of any setup hurdle.

Can I switch tiers?+

Upgrades are possible at any time with immediate effect – we only bill the difference for the current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the respective term (month or year).
