iSolve.IT runs in German data centers of our hosting partner uvensys GmbH. We take care of hosting, updates, backups, and availability so you can focus on IT support.

Live quickly, little self-operation

You want to be productive in days instead of weeks.
Hosting / backup / updates shouldn't be your concern.
A data location in Germany is enough for your compliance requirements.
A data processing agreement with us is acceptable.

Data and availability on your side

You have industry-specific compliance (KRITIS, regulatory requirements).
Your security policies require data and applications to stay on-premise.
You have your own container platform and operations team.

SWITCHING

Switching between the models is possible at any time

Anyone who starts with cloud and later switches to self-hosting exports their own data – knowledge articles, tickets, audit log, and configuration – and imports it into their own instance. The reverse works the same way. We support the switch as part of the support contract, with no additional switching fee.
